2. Use of Service

• •You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• •You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.

3. Products and Pricing

• •We guarantee products are at least 10% cheaper than other e-commerce websites.
• •All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• •Product descriptions and images are provided by sellers and we are not responsible for inaccuracies.
• •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• •Prices may vary based on location, delivery method, and seller.

4. Orders and Payment

• •By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the listed price.
• •We accept payment via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• •Orders are subject to product availability and seller confirmation.
• •We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraud.
• •All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

5. Bargaining and Challenges

• •Bargaining is available only on products where sellers have enabled this feature.
• •Bargain requests are non-binding until accepted by the seller.
• •Sellers may accept, reject, or counter your bargain offer.
• •Price challenges must include valid proof (screenshot or link) from competitor platforms.
• •Challenge prices must be at least 10% less than current platform price.
• •We are not responsible for the outcome of bargaining or challenge negotiations.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• •Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• •We offer multiple delivery options: home delivery, seller pickup, metro pickup, etc.
• •Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.
• •Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• •You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

7. Returns and Refunds

• •Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• •Certain products (perishables, personalized items, intimate wear) are non-returnable.
• •Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return verification.
• •Return shipping is free of charge.
• •Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8. Seller Terms

• •Sellers must provide accurate product information and maintain adequate stock.
• •Sellers are responsible for product quality, packaging, and shipping.
• •Sellers must respond to bargain requests and challenges within reasonable time.
• •Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

• •All content on MarketPlace, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is our property.
• •You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• •Product images and descriptions are provided by sellers and remain their property.
• •User-generated content grants us a license to use, modify, and display such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

• •MarketPlace acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
• •We are not responsible for seller actions, product quality, or delivery issues.
• •Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product.
• •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Dispute Resolution

• •Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved through our support team.
• •We may mediate disputes but are not obligated to do so.
• •Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
• •You agree to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before legal action.

12. Termination

• •We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.
• •You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
• •Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
• •Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
